Sengodu Foundation (செங்கோடு அறக்கட்டளை) is a nonprofit organization founded in Kallakurichi District, Tamil Nadu, dedicated to enhancing the lives of underprivileged communities across all of Tamil Nadu. With our registered office in Kallakurichi and functional office in Coimbatore, we believe that everyone deserves access to food, water, shelter, education, and healthcare — and we work tirelessly to make that a reality.
Sengodu Foundation was born in Kallakurichi from the recognition that rural and underserved communities across Tamil Nadu lacked consistent access to even the most basic necessities. The founders saw that education was the single greatest lever to break the cycle of poverty, and that without community empowerment, no change could be sustainable. Our mission is driven by empathy, transparency, accountability, and collaboration — values that guide every decision we make.
